Elephant's Trunk

I had the chance to buy a used L-Extreme duo narrowband filter and as this is an item that was on my shopping list after all I went for it and bought it slightly earlier than expected. Now there won't be any excuse not to shoot astrophotography when the night is clear but the moon is out.

The image you're seeing here is a slice of a much larger nebula known as the elephant's trunk nebula that I already shoot last year. This time I used the RGB data only for pretty stars the nebula itself is the Ha and Oiii narrowband data only.
